Mothers Day kit " pu"

Mothers day may be over but its never

to late to honor your Mom. My Mom died

40 yrs ago at the age of 42, I miss her every day.

I wasn't blessed with a daughter (4sons) but I have three dil's

who mean alot to me in different ways. I am blessed in that way.

Do something special for your mom, don't let time slip

away from you. Mom will not always be there.

I guess ya'll know by now that I do not

make scrap kits, but I had these words in my head.

It was about my son, he lived, he loved and he laughed.

So I asked Helga of ClassieCreations if she would

do me a favor and make something to that effect.

She madethis awesome kit, way more than I expected.

This is my son and who

he left behind, a strong woman and two wonderful boys.

Anthony is my baby, no matter how old he was. This kit

came to me at a time that I joined the konvoy below,

for mental awareness month, thats why I am posting these now.

Please join us and make everyone aware of this illness.

COME JOIN IN OUR KONVOY

MAY IS MENTAL AWARENESS MONTH

You who know me, know that my son

shot himself in the head in Sept of 2008.

He suffered from depression and I now believe

that he was misdiagnosed and was bi-polar. He was

not given the help he needed and was taking

the wrong medication. This is why I joined this konvoy.

Depression hurts so many ppl, not just the ones who

are depressed, it hurts the wives and husbands, the

children. The family's and on and on. It hurts

mentally and physically. I pray every day that my

son is now at peace and not in pain anymore. If we can help

one person to seek medical help and get on the right meds,

then I'll feel like we've accomplished something.

I miss him more each day.
